Calvin is a Financial / Investment Analyst and Management Consultant who holds M.B.A in Management from Malone University Graduate School of Business (2006); and Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance (2005) from Malone University as well. Malone University, is a higher learning institution located in Canton, Ohio, USA.
Calvin is a Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of THRILLTON GROUP (Thrillton Consulting, Thrillton Insurance & Thrillton Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services). At THRILLTON GROUP, Calvin provides strategic leadership on day to day operation of the companies.
Calvin has fourteen (14) years of business consultancy experience offering technical advice on business development advice to varieties of clients. His areas of concentration are; Strategic & Business Planning, Financial & Investments Analysis, Human Resource Development (Career Services), Company Formation etc.
Calvin serves as a board member of HILL GROUP, HARSHO GROUP, and FRESHO GROUP, which are all well established manufacturing (water/packaging materials/soap, animal feeds etc.) companies in Tanzania. Calvin also served as a board member of SOUTHERN LINK- A CLASS ONE Registered Civil and Building Contractor in Tanzania for duration of 4 years.

Provide Business Support Services (Payroll Management) to different clients.
Facilitated a Strategic planning for NATIONAL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED (NICOL) - An investment company that mobilizes capital from the Tanzanian general public and invests the same in the profit making commercial enterprises.
Developed over 50 business plans to varieties of clients; ranging from Small, Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to Corporate Entities. (2011-2022)
Provided career counseling and executive recruitment to varieties of clients. (2011-2022)
Involved in a team which prepared a strategic planning for Association of Local Authorities of Tanzania (ALAT).
Participated in a team which conducted Procurement Audit for National Social Security Fund (NSSF) of Tanzania.
Involved in a team which conducted Salary Survey for the United Nations Agencies in Tanzania.
Participated in a team which reviewed Productivity Profile Across Production Sectors of Tanzanian Economy; in particular manufacturing sector. This assignment was commissioned by President Office Planning Commission (POPC).
Involved in a team which conducted Salary Survey for Services Contractor Holders for UNDP in Tanzania.
Having previously worked for Ameriprise Financial, Inc (www.ameriprise.com) - An Investment and a financial planning company located in Minneapolis, USA; Calvin gained substantial knowledge of Personal Finance, Investments, and Financial Markets.
Calvin is fluent in English and Swahili and lives in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
